Lights Camera Action! Campers will write, direct, and play their own ANIMATED movies with talking characters, scripts, and sound effects. Movie producers, this is your chance to put your creative skills to the test. Don't forget to bring your favorite music, and pictures. Campers will learn to navigate the computer and develop sophisticated technology skills that adults would envy! Each student will receive a certificate and a camp CD.

Imagine it! Build and program robots using Lego wheels, gears, motors, and sensors. This hands-on and minds-on camp will challenge the students' imagination and creativity. Robotics is a popular and effective way to teach programming, logical thinking, team work and project-based learning. Students will create simple to complex machines that move, turn, listen, flip, write, make sounds, and play music. Student will be inspired to use the most important part of the body - the BRAIN! Students will receive a certificate, prizes and CD. Friday is the 'Battle of the Robots', parents and friends are welcome!

Continue the adventure with Lego Mindstorms NXT newest hardware and software! The camp is project and team-based with hands-on technology training for the older students. Students will explore science, technology, engineering, and math principles. The main goal of this camp is to increase the student's ability to think, solve problems, design and program robots, enter competitions; be inspired to explore future technology careers. Students will receive a certificate, prizes and CD. Friday is the 'Battle of the NXT & more', parents and friends are welcome! Prerequisite: Robotics 1 or other hardware & software experience.

The Computer Artist part of the camp, students will use an incredible array of computer graphics programs to create amazing graphics. Then the students will use their art to create a slide show with music, and special effects. They will discover and explore the limit-less range of creativity and art. Students will also have the opportunity to spend 5 intensive days to improve their keyboarding skills. They will enjoy learning how to type with the world's best-selling typing programs. It's the proven, effective way to learn how to type with accuracy, speed and rhythm.

BRAIN CHALLENGES
Campers you don't have to worry about getting a noodle brain over the summer. Keep sharp by using mind-bending programs like Incredible Machines and Nigel's World. Boost your brain-power by solving puzzles, riddles, experiments, problems and etc.
Skills: Word processing, Science, Geography, Logic, Math, and CD-ROM.

STORYBOOK MAKER & CREATIVE WRITING
Campers will discover their own artistic writing talents. So, collect your thoughts and bring your own pictures and use the 100-thousand clipart gallery collection to enhance and personalize your story. In addition, you will learn computer skills, editing, coping, pasting, importing, scanning, saving and printing.
